Warm moments in the snow A Snowy Day in Zermatt

One of my favorite things to do on a snowy day in Zermatt village is to enjoy the magical winter atmosphere at a slower pace. I love starting the day with a little snow skating, then warming up with a hot drink at my favorite café. Of course, I always stop by to buy some delicious Swiss chocolate, and if there's enough snow — I’ll build my own snowman in the park!
I always finish the day with a short walk up to a viewpoint, where the snow-covered rooftops and mountain backdrop make it feel like a postcard come to life.
