Hey, it's great to have you here! Today we're taking you on a very special journey. Together with Roberta from Riederalp in Valais, we're experiencing a live event where cheese is made in a traditional way. In our garden, the aromatic scent of fresh milk and flavoursome cheese envelops us. Roberta guides us through every step of the process, from milk extraction to cheese making in large copper vats. It's fascinating to see how traditional techniques and hand movements shape the delicious result. At the end, of course, we get to taste the fresh cheese - a real treat for all the senses!
